Whats the fix for that error? My uploader is not working at all now. Getting that error. Thanks
September 28, 2013 at 10:31 pm #3482September 28, 2013 at 10:23 pm #3513Hello, I am constantly getting this error when using the uploader. Normal images, not too big, not too many
No matching image files found. You may have named them incorrectly. Fix problem and re-upload. This file has been removed. Example: “my_stock_art.eps” or “my_stock_art.zip” must have accompanying “”my_stock_art.jpg” to be considered a valid set/file.
When using FTP no issues for the same images.
Can this be fixed please.
Thanks.

September 16, 2013 at 3:08 pm #2764I believe the trademarking is a good idea. I am really sorry you got aggravated. That was no one’s intention. Again apologies. It will also be my last apology. I hope you accept it.
September 16, 2013 at 3:00 pm #2763I sincerely apologise for my comment. It was never meant as a smackdown. I am really sorry if it came across that way.

Sorry! No more suggestions from me!
No no, keep making suggestions, I am just one pawn in the network. And most of the time wrong 🙂 My opinion shouldnt be taken too serious.

Wouldn’t that only apply if you were exclusive somewhere? I’ve heard of people losing their exclusive account that way (not with Symbiostock though but another system).
Having your own site is fine. Being an agency might be more complicated. However, Blend Images is an agency and they are submitting to Shutterstock. Yuri was his own agency and submitting to Shutterstock. So maybe I am overreacting.
September 15, 2013 at 9:02 pm #2736Yes Leo would have to do it.

September 15, 2013 at 6:00 pm #2735Jo Ann, yes, trademark goes per country. You can do Europe in one go though, its called a community trademark http://oami.europa.eu/ows/rw/pages/CTM/communityTradeMark/communityTradeMark.en.do
But it will cost us 900 euro
http://oami.europa.eu/ows/rw/pages/CTM/feesPayment/feesPayment.en.do
So for the USA and the EU it costs 1200 euro. I would donate 50 euro to the registrations. But I am not good with these legal things, so someone else would have to file them.
1150 euro to go.
September 15, 2013 at 5:58 pm #2577Canstockphoto offers single image sale. It might be our biggest competitor.

Maybe this needs a new thread? Will open one. http://www.symbiostock.org/topic/94/registering-symbiostock-trademark/
September 15, 2013 at 8:17 am #2595I dont want to go through the trouble of setting up a testing site. Leo’s post is not very clear on the changes. I’ll wait it out then. Thanks for the suggestions
