Oh no ! Thats so sad. Sorry about that Christine, I can imagine how you must feel. Sigh.
October 15, 2013 at 5:40 pm #4834Here is a workaround that might work, not sure if its addressing the problem though, in the customiser add a background image of just black.
October 15, 2013 at 5:16 pm #4886Is there a Symbiostock Stupid Award?
I got this thing sorted but I thought that problem was resolved in an ancient version. The image is name is the problem.
Large Panorama Of Ireland’s Eye At Twilight, the apostrophe is the issue there.
October 15, 2013 at 8:39 am #4885Nope, bluehost cpanel is not accessible from work. FFS. Has to wait till tonight.
October 15, 2013 at 8:35 am #4884Yeah, maybe the file is iffy, I was thinking about that. I wonder why. Let me see if I can get access to the file, its stored on the server, I should be able to download it from bluehost.
October 15, 2013 at 7:27 am #4883EDIT: FILE NAME WAS THE PROBLEM
The image processor cant handle panoramas. Even when they have been downsized.
I have a panorama at 8500×1759 4.08mb and the processor is not processing it. No error, nothing, the image just sits there and when you click processing the page is refreshed and the image just remains.
Uploading larger normal files is no issue. Could it be related to the longest side of 8500 pixels? Before I had no issues getting my panoramas processed.

October 15, 2013 at 7:23 am #4857Just upgraded to 2.8.1 and its still not working.
October 14, 2013 at 10:25 pm #4856Well, if 15MP and 4MB is too large for the system I might as well pack up and go home. Why did I buy a 20MP Canon 6D again? I do hope Symbiostock actually allows me to process images. Thats kind of the whole point of it. LOL. I am off to bed. I am annoyed now 😉

I just noticed that as well! The first click seems to give you a hard time!
BTW – I’m adding a hover-preview if I can today, since Syxtra appears to be eaten by the langoliers https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=langoleers&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
Where is Art? I messaged him, but no reply, havent seen him around for a while. Hope everything is alright.

I was going to suggest that, but people get annoyed when I say its not my fault. :/
Apologies if I ever came across as annoyed, I haven’t had much issues with my site, and I am not lacing my comments with smileys when we are troubleshooting. But I certainly haven’t blamed you for anything, ever. 🙂 🙂 🙂
