I have done that, I made the logo and text in one image.
I have been thinking about it. Its very easy to fix. On the batch editor and on the image editor we need to get a tick box that says RM. So if we select an image for RM the only way to purchase the image is to tick a licence. Without ticking the licence your cant download the image. So when the file is marked as RM, and the buyer clicks on the file size, a box pops up saying choose your licence. And before a licence is chosen the image is NOT added to the cart. Problem solved.

Jo, the image on the shopping cart says default licence not RM. So its not working as you say it is. Cheers, I need to host a dinner party. I wont be responding any further today. TOmorrow is a new day 🙂
Jo I think you are wrong, with all do respect. We are dealing with legal stuff here. The system needs to be set up so that the only licence you offer is RM. Not a mix, whatever the buyer does with the image is irrelevant.
Christine, I probably can download that image without the RM licence attached. That the issue I am explaining. I cant test it as I cant logon to your site. The registration process is not working.
No, thats not how it works. I just showed you. You can download the image at ANY times under a default licence (or no licence, but for me default is standard)
Jo, this is what I mean, I can download the image for the base price and default licence. That default licence is none existing or its standard. So the image is not protected against downloading under a default or standard licence. Meaning the image is available as RF and RM at the same time. A big NO.

I understand all of that, but I can download the image without ANY licence attached to it. And that default download has the standard licence. Or I am missing something completely or you are not understanding my explanation. And frankly for now I am done discussing this as its frustrating the hell out of me.

By the way, I am not frustrated with you guys, I appreciate all the interaction. Its just that I dont know what the issue is with the child theme and I dont know how else to explain it.
No that wont work with the RM licence. Even if its the lowest RM price, if you only toggle the image, you can buy it with a default licence. There is no way to block the image to be bought without a default licence. If you ONLY toggle the image you can still purchase it and it will ALWAYS be the default licence, which is RF.
As for the child theme, its frustrating me that we dont understand each other. You say the child theme is the same as the methamorphosis theme of symbistock, but it isnt. My site the way it looks now is basic, unless Leo did extensicve customisation I dont know about. But when I NOW activate the child theme it overrides the basic symbistock methamorphosis version and reverts back to the old view of the 2.6. series. Are you saying that the child theme on your site looks the same as the methamorphosis version?
Thanks, but you cant do that. If I apply a base price and price upgrade for RM the buyer can still buy the image as standard RF which is not allowed. I cannot offer the same file under a default standard licence and rights managed at the same time. So it doesnt work for RM images.
I am not sure how else to explain the issue with the child theme. I know why its there, but I cant use it as when I set the child theme, it reverts my site back to the old 2.6.x lay out. I dont know how else to explain it.
