Hi Richard – the string replacements work in an exact sense at times – so even if you change “License” if you have a string on your site that says “Select License”, it may not change the License bit and you may have to change the entire string: “Select License” > “Pick a Product”
This redundancy is to prevent any unwanted string replacements from happening. Please let me know if this rectifies your issue.

https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles/
Which allows you to create bundles of your individual products. This would work for you, with one caveat – your customers would still have to download each image separately, so if you had more than just a few, this might be tedious.
For larger collections, AnyType would definitely be the best solution, as you can create a ZIP file of all the images and offer that for sale as one of the licenses for any given product.
February 4, 2021 at 6:59 am #38350Hi Hebstreit,
We can confirm that AnyType works fine with the current version of WordPress – however, the new version of WooCommerce has added a new text like ‘currently not available’ for certain products. This is appearing on AnyType licenses where there is no AnyType file for that product available. However, AnyType licenses are showing up fine for products that do – if you are not seeing the license there, that is an issue we are not able to reproduce.
In the next version of Symbiostock which is soon to be released, this ‘currently not available’ issue will be fixed. We have tested and can confirm that AnyType licenses show up fine and are able to be ordered and downloaded.
February 4, 2021 at 6:55 am #38348Hi there – thanks for letting us know. This is the normal behavior when you have a tangible item (non-virtual and non-downloadable) in the cart with a Symbiostock product, as even though the Symbiostock product is finished processing, we cannot set it to completed until you set it as such, for example, once you have shipped the product to the customer.
With regards to downloadable or virtual items, such as the credit bundle you just mentioned, as long as they are marked as such, the order should complete automatically by Symbiostock. Upon inspection, we have discovered that there is a bug that does not perform this function properly and it will be rectified in the next release which should be in the next few days.
February 4, 2021 at 6:38 am #38346We have checked this out, and because Symbiostock watermarks the images, they are stored as fresh images and do not retain metadata. As far as we know, this does not affect SEO at all, and we’ve never had a request for metadata retention in the watermarked thumbnails. It is an optional feature we may add in the future, but right now it would simply introduce too much overhead, as if you wanted to change the title of your image in the store, and wanted this reflected in the thumbnails, Symbiostock would have to manually re-generate them with every title update, which is simply not an efficient possibility.
As for retaining copyright information in your original images, you can disable any cleaning functions Symbiostock implements through your Symbiostock Settings > Media tab, and disable the cleaning option.

The video plugin certainly does work – the question is why it does not work with your current hosting environment. Have you contacted your web host to run a diagnostic to find out why it might not? It is almost certainly a resources issue if the diagnostic works but the video plugin doesn’t.

Based on what you’ve said, it definitely looks like a server resources/settings issue. I would speak to your hosting provider as the random success of processing is almost always the variability of the hosting resources available at any given time.
February 3, 2021 at 7:58 pm #38331Hi there – the license text is the title of the variable within WooCommerce – that is why it is not hard coded within Symbiostock anywhere. You also cannot manually change the name of this variable property as this is the only one that Symbiostock looks for when it processes stuff. We are looking into enabling this where possible and will let you know.
February 3, 2021 at 7:50 pm #38329Hi Samuel – if it works via the web upload, it should work via the FTP- they both do the exact same thing, as long as it is Symbiostock Pro you are talking about. The web form simply puts the image in the same FTP folder and waits for the processor to process it. You can confirm this by doing a web upload then checking the FTP folder and it will appear there.
Based on that I really have no idea why there might be an issue – it is possible the FTP protocol you are using is corrupting the file during upload which is causing the issue.
