Unless you run the processor every minute, automatically, and are using the right versions of WooCommerce etc, you may experience unforeseen issues, such as this one. The important thing to note is that Symbiostock is running on thousands of websites right now without issue, so if you have followed the guidelines, it is unique to your current situation. You must also ensure that the hosting environment you have is powerful enough to run Symbiostock. I would suggest enabling error reporting and running the cron again manually to see if any errors pop up. Enable errors via the wp-config file.

You can access these specific translations in the Symbiostock Settings. Unfortunately, you can only translate from one language to another, not multiple.

Running a WordPress site comes with its own technical requirements and these issues sometimes arise even though it has nothing to do with Symbiostock. We do not provide phone support, but if you would like personalized assistance you are welcome to submit a support request via our support portal:
https://www.symbiostock.org/support-request/
In the case of a privatized support ticket, we would log into your system to diagnose what is going on. However, I’ve provided you instructions here on how to diagnose what is going on yourself, and if you follow these instructions I can try to assist you here. Overall, I am fairly certain the issue here is due to your hosting environment, so you might want to contact your web host first, and have them determine why the script is not running correctly for you. It is most likely a server resource limitation, and I feel it is very likely even if you were to submit a support ticket to us, we would tell you the same thing.

All the files need to be renamed as if you upload files with the same original name (1.jpg, for example), storing them in the same folder would be impossible, so Symbiostock must rename them. The reason you get the original file name when you download it manually is because Symbiostock manually renames it for that download specifically.
You could do this programatically as the file names are stored in the database, but you would need to be familiar with PHP.
July 24, 2019 at 6:15 pm #34954Hi there – generally if it is not working for only one agency, the issue relates to the agency itself, in that the FTP structure has changed in some way. Please check to ensure ALL parameters are correct, especially the initial login directory as that can sometimes change. When you log into your contributor account via FTP, check that the remote path matches the remote path entered in Symbiostock. Submitter.
July 22, 2019 at 2:52 pm #34942Take a look here to try to see if you can locate what’s missing:
https://generatewp.com/wp-config/Don’t cut and paste anything though unless you are 100% sure as you could make it worse. Maybe make backups of your files before editing if you are not comfortable with these sorts of things.
You can also contact your host to assist you in this regard – it should be an easy fix.
