Hi there – I would suggest testing on a new install to ensure Symbiostock works with the new version – we have not officially done full testing and so there could be unforseeable issues, but thus far we have received favorable reports from users. Alternatively, you can likely re-install the older version of your theme to remain compatible for the time being.
October 15, 2019 at 12:45 pm #35313Hi Greg – yes, it absolutely has to run through the processor first. Images cannot be resized in real time for the customer else they would literally have to sit on the order complete page for 1-3 minutes, and it may crash during that time. This is one of the reasons Symbiostock is so robust in that it bridges that front end website environment with a backend server environment through the cron job.

You would add the license in your licenses tab, and make sure the filtering criteria is the same as the current license you have. Then, make sure the update prices and update licenses checkboxes are ticked and save the license. Symbiostock will then systematically add that new license to all your products. You can specify the size, price, and other settings on that new license page.
October 9, 2019 at 5:10 am #35280Hi Tamas,
As the alternate JPEG is used for all JPEG sales (that is the purpose behind it), the only way to create a higher resolution image is to remove it and force Symbiostock to create JPEGs using your vector. This requires a lot more CPU and memory.
As for Bluehost hosting, this is something that depends on the package you have and is really something outside the scope of our support. As we no longer provide hosting services we do not know what providers work and what do not, as the hosting market is always in flux.

I did a quick search on Google, and couldn’t find a direct answer, but this has something to do with the way Google is interacting with WooCommerce variable pricing products. Google is choosing the most expensive variable price for some reason – there may be no way to change this, but further research may help.
September 11, 2019 at 3:00 am #35171Hi Eduardo,
The best way to do this would be to purchase the Symbiostock Vendors plugin, which allows individual photographers to upload their own media. This combined with WooCommerce Vendors (included with the Symbiostock Vendors plugin) allows you to track the sales per photographer, etc. However, adding the author tags to the photo is not currently a feature of Symbiostock, though you could manually program this if you wanted.
September 11, 2019 at 2:58 am #35170Hi Tamas,
Yes, as Hebstreit pointed out, you can use the Anytype plugin for this, which would remove all EPS processing. But then you would have to manually upload each EPS as either a PDF or a ZIP file, as he suggested, after the product is created using a JPG just for the thumbnail.
My suggestion would be to consider moving to a host with more memory and CPU to minimize your workload.
