Hey guys – we’ve now released a premium plugin that allows you to import metadata to your Symbiostock store products in bulk:

Unfortunately, this is the way WooCommerce works and isn’t a function of Symbiostock. Individual files are provided their own unique download link and that is when Symbiostock takes over. You can use Symbiostock Anytype if you want to create singular image packs that may include a variety of different formats (RAW, JPEG, etc).

As this is a front end question, you would have to research this. Symbiostock Express does not provide for a masonry style gallery, but it is very possible there are themes or even a special page you can add that will provide a masonry style list to your store.
I took a brief look and couldn’t find a clear solution.

Thanks for the question, and you are absolutely allowed to do whatever you feel is best to promote your work and business, including licensing free images if you so wish. 🙂
As for the checkout system – the reason you cannot skip the checkout system with Symbiostock is that orders must be placed into a processing queue so that customer images can be processed by the processor to resize and package based on their chosen license. There is no way to circumvent this as the entire Symbiostock system is based on this.
However, I would suggest you embrace this requirement rather than try to sidestep it as if people want to download your images, it is a good idea to collect their contact information as a bare minimum so that in the future, if they opt in, you are able to promote your paid images to them.

That is very strange. Can you fully delete all the products that did not process (trash and delete) and then ensure the upload folder is empty, then try the random image from the Web again.
If that does not work then your host has changed something and you should contact them. The youtube thing should not be an issue.

You should runit through your control panel system. This way you are relying on both WordPress and the processor to run at the same time and this may result in unforeseen issues.
A simple way to see if your system is able to parse images is to turn off all automatic processor calls and run the processor manually after uploading an image.
