Hi there – it appears Symbiostock is not applying any licenses to your products. This means you have likely edited the filters used in the licenses from the default and this has caused an exclusion.
Please install Symbiostock on a separate test server (or completely remove WordPress and start again) but follow the Symbiostock guide to get started. Licenses should then work and Symbiostock uploads will be in stock and purchaseable.

This means that your current host is managing your nameservers. Usually it is your webhost that does this, or you can manage them yourself. You can also use Cloudflare or other third parties. In your case, an easy option is to switch so that GoDaddy is managing your nameservers. So in your domain settings, you can switch it to be managed by GoDaddy, then follow their guides to point it to your Lightsail IP. This appears to be a good place to start:

June 21, 2020 at 6:35 pm #36981Hi there – this is a WooCommerce / WordPress issue and Symbiostock does not involve itself in that process. However, the Symbiostock Bulk Import plugin does allow you to change keywords and categories in bulk, and overrides all current settings when doing so.
June 21, 2020 at 4:15 pm #36976Symbiostock has been developed to be expandable as everything is done seqientially by the processor. We have tested it with a million records and it works fine. However WordPress and Woocommerce add a lot of database records for each product so it’s s more about database processing than file storage.
June 18, 2020 at 6:20 am #369471) This is a WooCommerce question, so you should research that separately. One is a WooCommerce login page and one is a WordPress login page. They pretty much do the same thing, I believe, but you would have to research to make sure.
2) This is again all WooCommerce and WordPress, not Symbiostock. You would have to research a plugin or something.
3) Same as above. Nothing to do with Symbiostock. Might be a server issue, or your email is being blocked by the receiver as considered spam, or it is in the spam folder, or the server is not sending out mail.
June 18, 2020 at 6:18 am #36946Hi there – if it cannot process only certain images, then it is likely a server error or the images are corrupt. If it is a server error, if you do not have Imagick installed then it might be a memory/CPU limitation. If you do have Imagick installed it may still be a resource limitation, but it is more likely it is a corrupted image.
