In Google Analytics (or a few in Goole Webmaster Tools).
Or in the Jetpack Site Stats plugin.
September 28, 2013 at 6:47 pm #34861. That’s probably a message coming from the Jetpack plugin. Either deactivate Jetpack or create an account at wordpress.com and then connect Jetpack to this account.

I’m getting more and more convinced that the decrease of visitors numbers and the lower Google ranking probably has someting to do with what I described here: http://www.symbiostock.org/topic/81/tricky-problem-seo-meta-description/ .
The fact that the Excerpt was taken from us, and therefore Yoast couldn’t generate meta descriptons anymore (an basically all image pages don’t have a meta description anymore), must have set me back drastically.
I’m not sure that is the issue. I saw a drastic decrease in traffic from 09/20 to 09/24 and I don’t use meta descriptions from Yoast.
But you do use meta descriptions, don’t you? If you don’t use the Yoast meta generating features than the issue doesn’t affect you at all.

Redneck: We can’t see your graphs.
I’m sorry. Now better?
Visitors Trend
Organic Google Search Traffic
September 27, 2013 at 6:32 pm #3329It’s organic Google search that shows the big drop.
The graphic shows the decrease of visitors generated by organic search on Google from Sept 15 to 26.
I’m seeing two ways to explain this.
1. People don’t search on Google for images anymore (very unlikely).
2. My ranking at Google has dropped dramatically.Any more ideas?

I’d actually guess that a majority of the traffic was all of us checking out each others sites 🙂 That’s probably slowing down a bit now.
I don’t really think so. Of course a few less snoopy people check the site out but that’s usually not more than a hand full.
Concerning is the fact that also Google search queries went down the same way (see image). Wondering why.Have you guys checked your visitor trends?

Changing the registration is crucial for me (and others from Germany and perhaps other countries too).
I talked with my tax counselor yesterday and he emphasized that I have to know whether the buyer is a private person or a business man/woman and from which country he or she comes from.
Leo, could you please give us options what we ask the customers during the registration:– private or business person
– vat id number (if it is a business person)
– countryperhaps for those who wants it:
– name
– address
– phoneActually this is very important for me, so it would be very much appreciated 🙂
I’ll see if I can work it in soon
I’m not sure if this wouldn’t be a step in the wrong direction. Especially for the symbistockers without these requirements.
September 25, 2013 at 10:42 pm #1528Looking good.
September 25, 2013 at 6:27 pm #2729it’s a ‘twitter auto post service’ that comes with the Premium plugin. You can put multiple images in a queue and it will automatically post one a day to twitter.
September 25, 2013 at 3:07 pm #3166He has the chance to chime in here.
But seriously, I think contributors should have the opportunity to test the waters for at least 3 months before entering into any financial commitment.
September 25, 2013 at 1:17 pm #2727It got me again. After 7 days it all of a sudden stopped working.
Worked flawlessly from Sep 16th to 23rd. After that no twitter auto post anymore. -
