For the people who don’t get the update notifications (because they’re still on 2.6.5), where can we download the current version of the Symbiostock theme?

I have a complete website and database backup running as I write this (1500 images included). The creation takes about 30 min. All you need to do afterwards is download the backup archive to a destination of your choice.
I download it to my unlimited cloud service. Download takes less than one hour and won’t affect your personal traffic/bandwidth.
October 20, 2013 at 12:19 pm #3806Somehow ONE particular image file of mine always caused the automated twitter queue to stop working. It took me some time to realize that only this file didn’t get digested by the twitter queue. I still haven’t figured out why.

October 13, 2013 at 3:53 pm #4581Never mind. My answer related to the footer section.
October 13, 2013 at 3:52 pm #4580Last try, substitute the red part with the blue part style=”vertical-align:bottom;” in this container
<div class=”fb-like” data-href=”https://www.facebook.com/SemmickPhoto” data-width=”100″ data-height=”100″ data-colorscheme=”light” data-layout=”box_count” data-action=”like” data-show-faces=”false” data-send=”false”>
October 13, 2013 at 3:36 pm #4579Do you use a child theme?
If so, just fill this code into the style.css:
/* Facebook Like Counter */
.fb-like {
vertical-align: bottom;
}
October 13, 2013 at 3:22 pm #4578You can put the logo paragraph into a span with your style parameters and close the span afterwards.
Like:
You could try to include the Facebook and Twitter buttons as well but it looks like they’re calling their own css class which you could either define in your child theme or just delete the class part.
October 13, 2013 at 1:25 pm #4567I would like to see only one block of images from all network partners, not every one separately, with the option to manually scroll to see more.

October 12, 2013 at 9:10 pm #4481Even more important would be a sectioned full resolution preview. That’s the only way for the client to make sure he gets good quality images. Like the one at FAA. It’s not only a good way to build trust but it also might avoid customer complaints after purchase.

Incoming traffic on my site has barely anything to do with back links anymore.
I’m not sure what stats you are looking at, but I have taken an extensive look at the web stats for my website and the only thing that has really changed is that Google (text) Searches have taken a dive since mid-September. I don’t get many back links, but they have been relatively steady.
That’s what I’m talking about. Before the Google changes our websites got very well listed after text searches and I do believe that the back linking and networking features of the Symbiostock family were responsible for that success.
Not so much anymore. If I understood Google correctly, they now want to see search matching content. Lots of it. Back linking? Seems to be a lot less important now.

If so, you could put your style formatting parameters into the CSS class “textwidget” inside the child theme’s style.css.Just an example:
.textwidget {
color: #ff0000;
margin: 10px;
}
