Continue using the original version with Syxtra until things are more flexible. The new version will probably be best used by new people. I’m slowly bringing this to completeness, but in the meantime thanks for pointing out the issues.

I also noticed that clean-theme isn’t fully compatible with it so I hope clean-theme get’s updated soon.I think she’s working on upgrading it to match. But also this later version is going to be fully customizable anyway.

I’m putting in as many customizable features as possible. I’m focusing hugely on this so people can make things the way they want easily. Today I’m going to add a few more customizatizable features to the image page.
Hopefully when this is done it will allow everyone to set sail for a year or two with no adaptation / upgrade need.

I haven’t made any headway on your uploader error. I’d also like to know who else is experiencing this. Just keep using FTP until I can figure it out.

I’m still working on uploader and above menu details. Hopefully both will be adjusted tomorrow.

Your admin bar is on the bottom instead of the top, so its not jumbling with the top-anchored menu.
Looking into your upload problem now.
I’m still on this one. The only ways this wouldn’t work:

You can change the colors of the menus — for instance if you want the top menu to be white, and the middle one to be inverted you can do that. I’m still putting in some other options, but you get the idea.
Going to check into the upload issue you have now as well as another issue someone else has.
