I cannot find your site, can you give it to me please, in this way I will add you too?
Oh sorry, I have to figure out how to add it to my signature or something. it’s 1dollarimages.com
January 14, 2014 at 4:41 am #8413Whois doesn’t list any contact info except his address. Maybe I’ll run up to Provo and tell him his site is broken …

January 12, 2014 at 2:46 am #8127Back up and running.
At $.01 I’ve got a herd of sales now. But, it kinda feels like being fotolia 😉

This is just a bug that happens with some versions of safari. Simply changing the .HTML to .jpg or .eps solves the problem. The file downloads correctly but for some reason safari changes the extension.
Thanks Chromaco!
I just made a fake account and got a purchase just fine. I’m going to have my friend try it again. Is there a way to move the licensed files above the cart though and maybe make the download link under the image box? So that it’s not quite so confusing for people who are trying to download?
January 11, 2014 at 10:23 pm #8124Okay, so I updated and got someone to try and buy something. This time, no download here e-mail and in the customer license and file management area. Somewhere along the line I really broke it for a minute. So I deleted and reinstalled Symbiostock again. But, she still could not download the file. So, now I’m at a complete loss
edit: I just did it again! Symbiostock says there’s an update to 3.1.1 upon installation I get a syntax error at line 175. This is wicked fun.

If you go to Appearance, Themes you will be able to see the Symbiostock version
” ” Plug-ins you will be able to see the Premium Plug in version if you are using itPS – I have just looked and you are using Symbiostock 2.6.5 which is an old version, there have been a lot of changes since then and the layout and various options have changed considerably.
To upgrade this time I think you will need to disable one of the symbiostock plug-ins (but I cannot remember which one so do them all 🙂 ) and do a clean install rather than an upgrade
Thanks Christine! I’ll probably just buy the premium plugin and just upgrade tomorrow and see if it works. Symbio has been such an amazing project, even though it was a colleague that made the purchase, and I’m new and have a new/small/amateur portfolio, that one sale was just under half of what microstock in 2013 brought in. So call me “optimistic … maybe”
It sounded like she had a rather rough time through the downloading process as well … like, purchasing itself was easy and then actually getting to your file is rather difficult. Has the newest upgrade fixed some of that? Lastly, I’ve only strayed from 2.6.5 a little bit but, is my child theme going to work. I wouldn’t be too upset if it didn’t honestly. Thanks.
January 11, 2014 at 8:27 am #8118Google XML sitemaps, Jetpack, Taxonomy, symbiostock emails and notifications, and top flash embed.
Do you think updating would help? I’m not sure where to find the version and stuff. Honestly, wasn’t sure if I’d ever get a sale 😉
Edit: Also, the file was purchased by someone on a mac using safari. If that helps even a little bit.January 11, 2014 at 7:57 am #8117Oh sorry, it’s 1dollarimages.com.
Just the basic symbio theme. I’m not sure what version, whatever was available in late summer. No other plugins really.
