Dear Dallas,
Thank you for your reply. Your php.ini settings did not take affect because the file had to be named php5.ini. Also, the coding within the file was not proper, so I did fix it as a courtesy. As such, the PHP limit increased you implemented in it did not take affect. For us to further troubleshoot this issue, please provide us with a test login so we can attempt to upload an image to the site.
Also, as far as ImageMagick on the server, you need to know our ImageMagick "convert path." The convert path to ImageMagick, version 5 on our servers is:
/usr/bin/
The convert path to ImageMagick, version 6 on our servers is:
/usr/bin/convert
For more information about ImageMagick and how you can use it, visit the ImageMagick website.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

As we value your feedback about the service you received, please take a moment to complete the short survey linked at the bottom of this email.I forgot they required php5.ini instead. I’m not sure how to fix the imagemagick path thing. Any ideas?
Uploads are still not generating the larger watermarked version. This is annoying. lol

The generic response from your host is kind of an insult. Why didn’t they inform you about that block being applied?
Don’t they have a phone hotline? – Blu Host has and the couple times I called them my questions/troubles were answered/solved right away by knowledgeable and very effective US staff.
Of course they do, a very knowledgeable and responsive support team. I just hate sitting on the phone for 20 minutes talking to morons while they escalate it to someone who knows something. lol

I put in a ticket late last night with Godaddy. Still nothing, What hosting do you use Semmick? Does it give you the option of error logging? If the issue is related maybe it’ll be easier to narrow down.
I lied, right after posting this I got a rather generic response:
Dear Dallas,
Thank you for contacting Professional Hosting Support in regards to your hosting account for 1dollarimages.com:
Based off your description of the issue, we suspect that you are being subjected to an automated security process designed to maintain the integrity of your site and hosting account. There are numerous things that could be triggering this block, such as:
Spam Content
Botnet/brute force attacks (rapid repeated access to the same resource from the same IP address)
Malware
Security exploits of applications
Injection attacks
Automated Plugins
Bad coding within the site.
In the meantime, we do have some information to request from you to aid in a speedy recovery of normal operation.
What specific error message do you receive?
What time did you receive the error message at (include timezone please)
What is your IP Address? (this can be easily obtained by visiting whatismyip.com)
Does the block happen when you are working with particular files, or particular areas of your website? (accessing administration panels, making a post, uploading a file etc,.)
Are you receiving the block after making several rapid requests on your site?
Please feel free to add any additional information you feel may be relevant.
Upon receiving a response including the information requested above, we should be able to continue and complete our investigation. We look forward to your response, and to getting things running normally for you!
Please contact us if you have any further issues.

max_input_time 120plus line to enable Imagemagick
Thanks! What’s the line to enable Imagemagick? Hopefully this will fix the problem. My last upload was on the 20th of January, so it broke sometime between then and now :/
I tried http://www.microstockgroup.com/symbiostock-development-area/latest-symbiostock-and-imagemagick/ But, it still says GD library. I’m pretty sure I was using imagemagick before though. :/

Blu-Host did that to me, too. But there was php.ini.bak file in root.
Here are my settings:
memory_limit 256M
upload_max_filesize 80M
post_max_size 90M
max_execution_time 600
max_input_time 120plus line to enable Imagemagick

I just checked it out — yours processes a small version but not a big one.
I reverted back a few versions (on your site) and the large size still does not process. I deactivated all of your plugins, and the problem remained.
Since you two are speaking up at the same time, can you verify that nothing changed in your php.ini files (memory limits or whatever)
Leo,
It would seem like my php.ini file was overwritten when they upgraded me to the new PHP version … The only line I have is apc.enabled=0
Has it really been broken that long? What lines do I need to put in there to get back to working?

I haven’t changed anything. It’d be hard to pinpoint exactly when it stopped working, today was my first upload in weeks.

🙄 Can’t we get over this? Leo obviously had a very bad day and was more than edgy when he rolled out Symbiostock.com and reasonable debate started here. I hope he learns from that experience and I also hope everyone here can overcome hurt feelings. Now, let’s move on…
+1
When I joined Symbiostock last April the forum was a highly productive place and it was like that for many months. But in the last weeks when I open this forum and MSG having my first coffee in the morning I allways ask myself what might have happended over night.
I really, really would like to get back to productiveness …We should certainly move on. I’m sorry I offended you guys. Everyone’s been working hard on this project I forget how defensive WE can be. 😉

Same here, just uploaded 67 images and upgraded to the latest versions but the image processor is no longer working. Just nothing happens.
If you don’t mind giving me admin priveleges I can check it out.
I just sent it to you. Hopefully nothing is too broken.
February 10, 2014 at 9:53 pm #9505I found
{"count":48,"total":48,"last_id":"138","title":"Design Mascot Broken Heart","type":"Watermarked"}
in /stock/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/tmp if that makes any sense :/

It’s especially bad when someone points the “you people” or “a bunch of whiners” (on MSG) finger at several people who’ve been doing a lot of pitching in and promoting and helping out, but agreed with one suggestion they thought would be helpful for *everyone.* Martha in particular has been a huge cheerleader and incredibly helpful on the forums, and she hires people from within the Symbiostock network and pays them for their work.
Sorry if this post offended any of YOU PEOPLE, I really meant us in general, it wasn’t meant to be an attack or anything. I know that both, Martha and Shelma have spent their great deal of time helping this project along and promoting others.
Hopefully, he’s just burned out and will return. He’s needed some time off for a while.
