Hi, I have been going through the responses on how to resolve the “failing to submit application on becoming a symzio contributor”, and it seems like whitelisting is the solution but how does one whitelist symzio.com, is it something you ask your hosting provider to do or something one can manually do under Plesk, where exactly is the whitelisting done?
