Which Sitemap do I submit to Search Engines?

Hey folks, I believe this is the correct forum for this question. Robin, if not please tell me where I’m supposed to post this.

When submitting to Search engines, which Sitemap am I supposed to submit, or am I supposed to submit more than one?

Yoast SEO is giving me this page  https://www.clipartman.com/sitemap_index.xml, but then that page lists a bunch more, including /page-sitemap.xml which looks like it would be the important one.

Is it correct and sufficient to submit https://www.clipartman.com/sitemap_index.xml?

If you submit sitemap_index.xml the search engines will find the other sitemaps.
