Hello Friends,
I wonder if someone might have a minute to assist me.
I am trying to add a watermark in Symbiostock Pro. I am doing this in the Thumbnails Tab in Settings.
I choose to upload my file and although I select it and upload, it doesn’t upload.
Then I selected the Diagonal Lines. It did not show up either.I am also getting something odd when I select one of my images on the front end.
For some reason below the image I see the line of code from the button.
[purchase_link id=”2041″ style=”button” color=”blue” text=”Purchase”]I hope you can assist.
Many thanks in advance for your help!
Thank youMay 14, 2020 at 7:39 am #36677Hi there – the watermark must be in PNG format and be 150KB or less in file size (this is explained in the upload form in the settings). If you are following these guidelines, it should work.
Diagonal lines are only supported if you have Imagick support, so please check your system settings to ensure your hosting environment has Imagick installed.
Front end issues are generally related to your theme.

I’m sure this should not be showing up.Many thanks again from a new user..!
May 16, 2020 at 10:37 pm #36690Hi David – please do not create multiple threads for the same issue, thanks.
I cannot help with the front end issue – with the watermark, if you have successfully updated it, the processor will automatically update all your thumbnails transparently over time. Just make sure you have the processor working.

When you say processor, are you referring to my computer processor?
Thanks Robin.
