I’m not happy with my current watermark. I’ve made a new one and when I tried to re-process one image it kept the old one. I uploaded it and changed it in symbiostock settings. After reprocessing I get the message “this doesn’t appear to be a jpg” or something like that. Am I doing something wrong?

I’m not sure why you are getting that error message but the watermark image should be a .png file. Is that what you’ve uploaded and put into the watermark field?

Yes, it’s definitely a .png. It’s 522px x 522px and has transparency. It’s 72 dpi.

fixed! It works if I use the batch editor.

so, yes it worked. but not on all of the images. the weird thing is that i’ve changed it a couple of times and each time random images are not changed. any ideas? I’ve finally settled on the one i want to use so i’d like for all of the images to have the same watermark.
