Hi, I am trying to get my variations/licences to be sorted the same way I have set them to be in the backend. This image shoud help explain my question

Hi there – you have to sort them from the main licenses page, not the individual product page.
Yes I have already done that as well.
How do I set this as not resolved?
Surely as the poster I should mark it as resolved?

HI Greg – that is very strange. This function has not had any issues since the advent of Symbiostock. Can you try editing the licenses and clicking on “Update license” and “Update pricing” so that the database updates all the licenses for all your products? This may rectify the order issue.
Hmm, Ok I see the issue, I am sorry, I tested all other plugins just not the one that is causing it to not work, which is WPC Variations Radio Buttons for WooCommerce. Not sure why I missed it, but I thought I did test that.
(this is VERY annoying having to wait so long to reply post as i am going too fast … ERROR: Slow down; you move too fast. )
(i’m also not using the Express theme)
Sorry about that – we get a lot of spam here for some reason so we need to try to prevent people from doing that.
