I installed the Video plugin and successfully uploaded the media to my website. However, when I look at the product details the product only displays a thumbnail image and not the video preview, is there a setting somewhere that I need to turn on for the video player to appear on the product details?
Looks like the video is displaying on the details page now… it must take some time to process the video.
Hi Willie – yes, the processor parses videos and images systematically so everything eventually shows up.
