Hi,
would love to use Symbiostock and am testing it in the trial period. I had trouble to create the ftp entries for the agencies. As it is the root level into which images need to be uploaded, I leave the field “remote directory” empty. When trying to save an agency, always the following error message pops up: “Error: No target install defined.” I assume this refers to the remote directory, but as it is the root directory of the agencies’ ftp sites I have no clue, what to enter.</span>
Can you help me with this? This would be a key feature for me.
Many thanks, Andreas

We’re getting closer… when editing a photo in Symbiostock media settings, it now says:
_No agencies found_
Although I’ve added some now. Is that also easily fixable like the above?
Many thanks in advance!

So right now you have Images and Vectors. If you want both, you check both. If you only want one or the other, or none, you check them accordingly. This way you retain full control of what is sent where.
As well, that agency will then only show up for the types of media it is associated to. So for example, if you only have JPEG checked, and you go to a vector, that agency won’t show up there.
My guess is you didn’t yet check any of those boxes, so no agencies are showing up yet.
So this is an even easier fix than the previous one!
🙂
PS: As video will be coming out soon, you’ll have to also check that to submit them!

you were quite right. I did as you suggested and now it works!
Many thanks for your quick support.
Take care
