Upgrade path? Legacy Pro version to current

Okay, so life has interfered with upgrading and maintaining this site regularly. I’m on Symbio Pro 1.5.2 and need to get up to the current version. What is the best path to accomplish this with the least amount of downloading/reuploading and no data loss?

Hey Diana – first thing’s first.

I see you downloaded the importer. Once it is activated on your server, follow these instructions:

We changed our documentation links so the link you had pointed to does not work. This is the same document, however, and outlines how to successfully import everything.

Secondly, the Symbiostock Importer/Exporter and new Symbiostock should not affect your current site. If you deactivate them both, everything should be fine.

Thirdly, if you have Imagick installed, Symbiostock should work fine. We were having datacenter issues earlier today so I wasn’t able to respond to your queries but can help you out now. You can private message me as well if you continue to experience issues.
