Hello Friends,
Brand new to Symbiostock and WordPress.
I have activated the Symbiostock Lite plugin and see that the pro version is available for FREE.As I only have access to an iPad Pro I am wondering if there is a method I could use to upgrade to the Pro version? I did a plugin search for the Pro but it only revealed the Lite version I have.
If there is a way I can upgrade I would be very grateful hearing from you. Many thanks in advance for your time and help!
Hi David,
You will need to download Pro from the shop link at the top of the page. Then you need to add that to your WordPress install. Sometimes uploading a plugin this large does not work via the web so you might have to unzip and upload it to your plugins directory via FTP.
Also remember that Lite products are not compatible with Pro products, so it is better to use Pro right from the start.
