We are using Symbiostock Pro, and uploaded our images, had Symbiostock automatically add the products, etc. Now, if we go in to a product and update it’s description, it remove any and all licenses that were assigned to the item. Can you help resolve this issue?
This is not normal behavior. Please make sure you are using all the correct versions, as this sort of bug has never been reported before.
The only thing I can think of is that you are manually adding licenses to products, then when it saves it uses the automated filters to add/remove licenses. So you would have to disable the auto add/remove licenses feature for that product or sitewide.
