I was looking at Wordfence and saw requests for pages coming from the 192.168.7.128 range using Windows 8 and Internet explorer. I thought this range was only used for home networks behind a firewall. Am I misunderstanding how internet addresses are used externally?
None of my home computers runs Windows 8 and IE.

They aren’t “reserved” for local. Local addresses are simply independent of remote addresses and for some odd reason starts as 192.168.0.1. As near as I can tell that ones in LA 😉
