The link to the backup file does not have a full path. Only file name 142-143-jpg appears in the link field.

W ear suffering the same problem. Any idea how to solve it?

Hi there – do you mean the downloadable file?
The reason this happens is because you don’t have the cron processor working, or you are manually setting the order to ‘complete’. You must let the processor complete your Symbiostock orders otherwise this issue happens.

Files in the folder “_ssdl” are generated correctly, but the links are bad… they do not track and there are no links in the user’s download tab.

How did you conclude that the download file is 0kb if the user’s download tab does not show any download links?
In the email comes a link with a download link and the downloaded file has 0.0 kB

If you are getting email links and the file downloads at 0kb then your system/install may have issues with regards to configuration. If you need us to login to fix the issue you would have to request a support request as this is not a bug within core Symbiostock.
