    Hello,
    I am paid user of Symbiostock pro and the premium plugins
    After being hacked I had to do some troubleshooting which involved upgrading wordpress core and all plugins / themes that had updates available.
    The site is now back up and running again but when I enable any of the symbiostock plugins they give a message that says “Symbiostock XpluginX requires Symbiostock Pro to run. Please install Symbiostock Pro.”

    Both Symbiostock Light 6.00 and Symbiostock PRO 6.00 are installed and activated.
    can you please assist with why it wont let me activate any of the plugins without each one giving this error message

    Hello,
    glad to say that this was sorted out by deleting the Symbiostock Pro plugin and re-downloading a fresh copy then reinstalling it which fixed the issue.

    Hi Andrew – glad it got sorted. Might have been an older version or something. 🙂
