Hi,
I’m trying to get the Symbiostock Processor working by itself every minute. I’m using WP Engine. How can I make this work? I’m not sure if I request this through Symbiostock or WP Engine.
Kindly advise.
Hey Jing,
You don’t do it through either – to get it to run every minute you have to add it to your system’s scheduler (cron job). Usually this is done via your control panel (Cpanel, plesk etc). You can ask your web host about it if you can’t locate it.
Robin, does it have to be every minute? I’m on shared hosting and I wanna save some server resources. If I run it every 2 or 3 or 5 minutes is that ok for whole platform?
Yep, that’s fine too.
