I uploaded 2 files via the website and it’s ok; I see them on the page https://contribute.storyblocks.com/content.
From different times, weeks if not months, I no longer risk seeing the files I uploaded to the page: https://contribute.storyblocks.com/content.
The access parameters are correct.
What’s wrong? I’m not in “processing …” (the video).
I attach screenshot.
However, the check is placed as an uploaded file.

Hi there – generally if it is not working for only one agency, the issue relates to the agency itself, in that the FTP structure has changed in some way. Please check to ensure ALL parameters are correct, especially the initial login directory as that can sometimes change. When you log into your contributor account via FTP, check that the remote path matches the remote path entered in Symbiostock. Submitter.
