Symbiostock makes a few copies of the same media

Hello there, Symbiostock makes a few copies of one media, I ‘ve tried EPS and JPG, and get a error message:Error(s): Failed to find original media: ss_9398.eps, product ID: 9398.
I’ve re-installed the plugins, the issue remains.
Could you please help me?

Hi there – have you tried doing it on a fresh install? Can you confirm those files exist in your media folder? Do you have imagick installed? Does your Symbiostock System page show all green? Have you run the debug/testing wizard?
