(SORTED) Unable to complete multi-licence sales, price zeros

Professional Plugin 1.3.7
Assorted other plugins.

I did various updates yesterday and wonder if these may have upset my site somewhere as I just had a call from someone trying to purchase an image but met with problems so I dealing with him off site.

There seems to be a problem with licenses/prices/purchasing

standard licence – price is correct in box but it will not show up in customer and management page for payment
extended licence – price in box reverts to 00.00 and you do not get as far as customer and management page

Does anyone else find this problem?

Edit: to reword title to what I think is my problem, then again I could have done something I shouldn’t have.

I have now tried this with Symbiostock V. 2.9.7, 2.9.9 (which always WPOD’s my site) and 3.1.2
also P. plug in 1.3.5 and 1.3.7

I have also deactivated all plug-ins except the Prof. one and cannot purchase with any combination, so have had to deactivate it for now

I no longer have any licenses other than standard (because when I tried to add my extended license the batch editor messed with image sizes and when I fixed the image sizes it removed the licenses) so I don’t know if it works or not.

I’d given up – temporarily – on licenses until some bugs were fixed.

If you change one image so it just has a default license, does that work?

I did not try that, after messing about with it (in between interruptions from little hairy thing) for quite some time as I would have had to create new licence page as well to check it out properly.

I found that by disabling the plug-in potential clients would be able to get at least as far as paying for images (did not try actual purchase) so in the end that is what I did and added a note to the page to say that extended licences are available if they contact me. It was quite embarrassing to have someone contact me to say they could not pay for something.

I will wait and see if anyone else is using the same combination or until Leo responds I think now.

I will ask again just in case anyone is using extended licences – is anyone using a standard and extended licence on any of their images, if so could you please give a link (with version numbers) so I can try and compare what you are doing to what I have

Try http://www.imagoborealis.com. You’ll even find a Test image (first one under latest photos) you can test buy for 25 cents. The extended license is only 0.01, an absolute bargain 😆 – I have just rolled out this major upgrade of my site and haven’t even tried myself. So I am really curious how it goes…

That seems to work so far. Just in case would you mind changing your prices – 30.00 for the large size plus 150.00 for extended. I doubt it is this my problem but you never know

What image are you talking about? There is only that one image up for test prices. The screenshot is what I see. Hope it is the same for you 😕

Hello just an update, I’ve been checking your site out again — you do indeed have the later version of PHP running. I’m going to give it some more attention today and see if we can finally drill down to the cause here.

Yes, that is the one I tried – and it did not do the same as mine.

On that note, people often say I think “I am always right” and always imply its their problem. While often it can be true, its also often not true. Anyway, working on it now.

We have tried it with all plug-ins deactivated and without the child theme but if you think of anything else please mention it
