From the locked thread, I had posted how I got Contact Form 7 working with the latest version, so other than creating one new e-mail account on my server and changing a couple of entries in the form, it was pretty simple

These were the instructions:

I made an e-mail address to use in the from field contact.form@digitalbristles.com

I added this to the Additional Headers field

Reply-To:

And this is what my message looks like
