Setup shopping cart and paypal to my website

Hi Guys,

where I can find some help about these details? (configuring shopping cart and paypal).

I checked the website resources but I didn’t find any help. Maybe somebody can lead me to a helpful link.

I tested my website and at this moment, when I select a picture and try to download it, I get the lovely message : OOPPPS This page cannot be displayed 🙂

The cart (plug-in) does not need configuring, it just is.

I downloaded and activated a shopping cart for wordpress and also put e-mail address of my paypal account.

But still nothing, when I go to a picture and try to add it to shopping cart, still this error : Oops this page cannot be displayed.

I uploaded just a few pictures for testing.

You do not need to download a shopping cart for wordpress – Symbiostock has its own built in purchase and customer area which is part of the beauty of the theme. I will have a look once I receive details from you

I am trying to help Adrian out – somehow all his “pages” are missing, I have tried adding them manually, that did not work and deleting and reinstalling the main Symbiostock theme but that did not bring then in either. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Edit: Just remembered have to change template of pages, that seems to be helping

Hi Guys,

need some help pls 🙁

I’m having trouble with my shopping cart again. I noticed that when I press the Shopping Cart Button from upper right, nothing happens. Also If I press “Download” button after adding some photos nothing happen. No error is displayed , but nothing happen.

I read other topics and deactivate most of my plugins, but that didn’t solve my problem.

Any suggestions would be great.

Good to see you back. What have you done since we got it working last time, I can still access your site and see the Customer and download page is there

It might be because the page is called customer-licence-and-file-management-area-2/ has the extra -2 on the end. Try editing the slug and page name so it just reads
customer-licence-and-file-management-area/

and see if that helps.

If not I would probably deactivate Symbiostock, and have one of the other themes activated, delete it and start again to ensure all the pages that should be there are. I thought I put them all back but maybe there was an error somewhere.

PS: I’m wondering how do top websites, in terms of pictures number, manage to upload so many pics? I just started uploading, but it’s such a slow process, am I missing something? 🙂 Or they are just not as lazy as I am? :))))

I think some people upload and do not bother with individualising their images or SEO etc, just go straight to publish unless they are very efficient. It takes me quite a while to get images to yellow or green with SEO which is why my site grows so slowly, that and I am always trying to do too many things at once

I do bulk uploads and processing

I don’t worry too much about the yoast colors until later – I do a few a day, mostly as I find images from webmaster tools search reports. it’s not clear to me that the yoast recommendations always help with images — eg, yoast values lots of words, short sentences, etc
