set up Paypal with personal account step by step

Hi. I have paypal personal account, for some reasons business acount I will make later. Can someone explain me how to set up Paypal if I have personal account?
I made test purchase, payment received, but didn’t receive message about image sold, nor buyer receive message image bought and no links to download image. After payment returned to my home page customer management area, there was note that payment made successfuly and need to wait some minutes to appear image download link, but nothing happened, can’t download image.

What I need to fill in symbiostock settings: LIVE or Sandbox?

I really appreciate your help.

Hi Nita and Welcome to Symbiostock

You need to set the Paypal to Live (Sandbox is for testing but can be difficult to set up)

You need to add the email address you use for Paypal as well

Also don’t forget to go on your paypal preferences and check the option : return to site after payement… or something like that, so the client will be sent back to your site

I believe that is only available with Premier and Business accounts, not Personal accounts

I sold a couple of photos before in Sept and Oct with no problems, I have a personal account at Paypal and the people who bought from me got their photos, I got notifications via email about the purchase a copy of my sites thank you receipt. Today I had another person buy a photo who emailed me saying she had problems with the purchase from Paypal and could I email her the photo. Has something changed recently? I did notice the buyers email was from a Mac.
