Yesterday I uploaded about 40 JPG and MOV files to the ss_media> new folder.
They stayed in the folder for about 10 hours and then they disappeared.The files were not imported into Symbiostosk.
I haven’t changed any settings on the server.
What may have happened?The cron job is configured correctly every minute. I tried to simulate a purchase of 1 video + 1 photo and this works fine.

Update: Restarting PHP the processing started working again, but I had to reload the previous files as they were lost. Any idea what’s causing the problem?
