Paypal IPN Error Query

This is probably more a Paypal question than Symbiostock .

I have just started getting error messages from Paypal

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://stockimages.kerioak.com/************/symbiostock/ipn/paypal_ipn.php
http://kerioakimaging.com/**************/symbiostock/ipn/paypal_ipn.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

I have read the data on PP but don’t understand it – listeners etc. Is it safe to turn off Instand Payment Notifications on paypal?
The stockimages.kerioak.com site no longer exists – I “thought” I had deleted it all so I am not sure why it is showing up
Could it be something to do with ebay payments coming in (there has only been one kerioakimaging one this year)

I think I will assume I can turn it off, at least it will stop all the error messages

I turned off IPN’s and am still getting error messages.

Contacted Paypal and apparently this is a known technical error which they are working to resolve – just in case anyone starts getting these messages.
