Pas de vidéo…

Bonjour,
Le plugin “Symbiostock Video Settings” fonctionnait correctement: Je voyais et j’entendais la vidéo “test”.
Donc j’ai fait l’acquisition du plugin “Vidéo”.
Et là, que je télécharge la vidéo “test” ou n’importe quelle autre vidéo, j’ai toujours un message d’erreur:
“Error(s): Failed to create video preview for product ID:(…)” .
Un idée ?

Hello,
The “Symbiostock Video Settings” plugin was working fine: I saw and heard the “test” video.
So I bought the “Video” plugin.
And there, whether I download the “test” video or any other video, I always get an error message:
“Error (s): Failed to create video preview for product ID: (…)”.
An idea?

The free test plugin works, but the paid plugin doesn’t … Curious, right?

Hi there – sorry for the delay in responding. We have been very busy with the next update.

The video plugin certainly does work – the question is why it does not work with your current hosting environment. Have you contacted your web host to run a diagnostic to find out why it might not? It is almost certainly a resources issue if the diagnostic works but the video plugin doesn’t.
