Orders stuck at "Processing" status. [resolved]

Hello guys,

I hope you can help me with this situation.

1. User purchase image and got email notification “Your order has been received and is now being processed. Your order details are shown below for your reference:”
2. I see at “Orders” order stay at status “Processing”
3. I has configured cronjob ok, but cronjob not change “Processing” status when i run it manuel too.

Please help me with this issue.
