With some files I get the error message
No matching image files found. You may have named them incorrectly. Fix problem and re-upload. This file has been removed. Example: “my_stock_art.eps” or “my_stock_art.zip” must have accompanying “”my_stock_art.jpg” to be considered a valid set/file.
when trying to process them. Yes they are jpg files. Is there an log that has a better error message why they cannot be processed?
files over 10Mb are sometimes throwing this error msg on justhost, even though max image is set to 50Mb — trying tot track it down
Oh, many of my files are over 10mb. Well, until that is fixed, I just have to reduce the file size.
