New Symbiostock user registration

Are these emails I’m getting about new artists joining Symbiostock? Buyers registering on anyone’s site? Buyers registering on my site specifically? Sorry I’m so clueless.

The Anti-Captcha plugin seems to work very nicely, Shelma. Somebody in this group recommended it early on. I’ve had it installed for several months and in that time have not had a single spam emailt

i was getting about 10-20 spam comments a day — I shut off all coments, and most importantly, trackbscks, and haven’t had a problem since. I don’t use any other anti-spam plugins, trying to stay as vanilla as possible

Oh, then I guess they were disappointed to find I had comments turned off…unless they’re bots?

Anyhoo, installed anti-captcha as well. Thanks for the advice.

And actually, now that I think of it, I installed that before I eliminated all comment sections from my site, so that could have something to do with it too.
