New site, old symbio Sync Code [resolved]

Hi, about a year ago i deleted my symbiostock website, and now I’m starting again. My (old) symbio sync code does not work now, it reports connection status as “not connected”. I wrote to symzio support about two days ago but no answer. Can I get a new symzio code.
