My Sub category in the drop down list disappeared (ver2.7.7)

Dear All

I updated symbiostock site to version 2.7.7 and my sub list of image category disappeared.

In my previous list, there ware sub-drop down lists under “Graphic and Illustration” and “Photography” topics.

Please could suggest me how can I show all my list once again.
