Multisite compatibility release date

I’ve already posted this question, but maybe it’s better if it’s in it’s own post.

So can we please have a release date for a symbiostock compatible version.

There is no planned release date for multisite compatibility as it is very low on our priority list. With Symbiostock 3.0, which should be released soon, you can test it out in a multisite environment, but no guarantees can be made.

thank you Robin for answering.

I’ve tested with version 2.2, but all subsites use the same directory to look for uploaded photos (my_root_site/ss_media/new/), so, if the cronjob process of subsite2 is executed first, photos are seen only in subsite2, and not in subsite1.

In Symbiostock 3.0 you can set the ss_media directory manually, and it is by default moved to the uploads directory, so that will be rectified. Whether other issues may arise or not, I’m not sure. But it seems somewhat unlikely.

Before I start adapting source code to multisite compatibility, is it possible to have an estimated release date for version 3.0 please?
