Meta keyword tags

I was looking at the source code of the website and saw that there were no Meta Keyword Tags in the section. I found that you can activate the Meta keywords in Yoast WordPress SEO: Titles & Metas – Sitewide meta settings – set check mark at – Use meta keywords tag?

But where can I specify the keywords?

google decided several years ago to ignore the meta keywords since they were being spammed too heavily, so adding them won’t improve SEO

Google is not the only search engine. Does all other ignore it too? Looks like most website still using it. I think it wont hurt to add it.
