Marketing Tool

Hello, someone can explain to me how the marketing tool is working? After activate it what do I have to do? If I thick PROMOTE box in the Local Site Directory listing what’s happening?

I don’t think it is in use at the moment. It was something we could have used for sites like Picturengine – but that did not work. I am hoping it is on Leo’s vast to-do list
