Maybe automated twitter posting isn’t your style, but I need SPECIAL HELP on this bug.

A fix should be in the latest premium version – 1.4.0

PROBLEM:

Its worked for some people, not for others.

FIX:

I’m attempting to create a new WP-Chron process, whereas the previous one was connected to the daily site processes initiated by the basic version (where the sitemaps are generated, etc)

INFO:

The reason why this is SO hard to diagnose is that for a genuine result you have to wait 24 hours while participating user’s sites do or do not perform the daily twitter queue process. Then they have to report back. Thats why this feature is still partially complete.

I’d be greatly appreciative if peopel could set this up and help me through fixing it this week!

After some serious updates and plenty of testing, it appears that the twitter daily queue is working. I’d love to see if its the same for everyone else.

I have just installed the update to main theme
Unable to install update to Premium/Professional plug in (have refreshed page a few times) but no update showing

This is my problem

I also sent you an email about it a few days ago (but I don’t think they reach you for some reason ?)

I updated you, however the hover-previews of the premium version are overlapping the plrange plugin. You will have to deactivate plrange or at least turn off hover previews.

The thing I noticed is that if I do a theme up-date I have to re-authenticate the twitter function.
Otherwise it works fine.

So my site managed to push out one tweet two days ago. But nothing since. Still got 60 odd sitting in the queue.

Are you on the latest version? The problem should be completely fixed.

If you do not mind, I can also go into your admin and try to run the chron job myself, and troubleshoot it. This is extremely important to promotion since these images are searchable (with backlinks) on twitter.

Daily twitter with latest theme and latest prof plugin doesn’t work for me. Instead of a tweet I still get an entry in the error_log file:

hope it helps tracking this nasty bug down…
