Hello again,
currently trying to re-size the product images, but I can’t find the setting where to actually set the size.
The default size (width) seems to be set to 623 pixels – i would like to set it to 640 pixels.

You change this in your WooCommerce product display settings. Once changed, Symbiostock will automatically regenerate the thumbnails via the processor.
