Hello,
I’m enjoying this plugin, but now at the critical phase before launch, am having trouble with the user downloads. After several test purchases, the images are not immediately downloadable, but instead, an email is sent saying “To process.”
Here’s where I feel like a download link should display after being redirected. Again, it says “To process”
After the email is sent with a receipt that again says “To process” , THEN an email is sent with the actual download labeled something like…. “504d4.media.” It does work, but I’m wondering how to avoid the processing emails and how to get the download to appear on the page above. This is confusing for users.
That is problem #1. Problem #2 is that vectors are not generating a download link at all. Perhaps they are timing out somehow? I have the cron job set to run every minute like advised.
