How to import exif GPS Degrees and not Decimal

Hello !
I am using Symbiostock Maps which should extracts GPS data from each files uploaded. However the the GPS data that are contained in each files are exif GPS Degress and not Decimal.

This is what I have :
Latitude : 42; 28; 24.829999999999
Longitude : 3; 8; 35.7099999

How should I do to import those data into the plugin ?

It looks like it’s always the same format for the GPS in EXIF, always in degrees.
Such as:
Latitude : 42; 28; 24.829999999999
Longitude : 3; 8; 35.7099999

So, I guess that the plugin doesn’t read the EXIF geotag, I don’t know why.
Here is my picture, everything looks alright in the EXIF.
