How to be sure when can I update WordPress?

Can I update WordPress version without conflicts or you release the info somewhere when Symbistock is ready for the next WP version?

E.g. Now can I update to WordPress 5.5.1?

WordPress updates rarely cause issues with Symbiostock, but we currently are supporting WP 5.5.0 as that has been thoroughly tested.
