Multiple issues. My login is not working, and when I created the account it somehow set up two invoices so now one is “past due”. I know you will need info on my account, but I do not know where to send it.

The account info looks right, but the C-Panel login still says the login is invalid (using the account and password emailed to me initially).

Password change instead of using the provided one has fixed it. Thanks for the quick responses.
